Your Compass in the World of Masters Education

 

The Access Masters Tour is a series of events connecting qualified candidates with universities through interactive in-person meetings and small group talks. The event is designed to guide you in your Masters studies search, direct you to the schools that best match your preferences, and connect you with some of the world’s best universities and business schools. If you are a final year university student or a recent graduate who speaks fluent English, we can help you find the best Masters program for your future.

 

Access Masters event features:

 

Interactive small group talks: Enjoy 20-minute interactive small group talks with admissions representatives of Masters programs in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, and STEM. Small group talks help you learn about the schools you are interested in.

Workshops: Interactive workshops from schools and experts with practical tips on test preparation, Masters admission, how to fund your studies and more. 

School presentations: Experienced university advisers share insider tips and tricks for successfully applying to their Masters programs and winning scholarships. 
Catch up after the event: ask your questions directly to university and business school representatives even after the event. This option is perfect if you would like to connect with more schools or if your event sessions leave you longing to discuss even further.

 

How to participate

 

Your participation will make a difference: for every participation in the event, Access Masters makes a donation to Canada’s Pathways to Education  programs that support youth development during their high school years.

 

Participation is free of charge and by invitation only. Here is how it works:

 

Step 1: Sign up and complete the online registration form, preferably at least 10 days before the event. Then, your profile is reviewed. An Access Masters team member may call you to learn more about your qualifications and preferences and to make sure that your profile is complete. The conversation is conducted in English. 

 

Step 2: After that, based on the information you have provided, we identify the most interesting universities and business schools for you to connect with during the personalised meetings.

 

Step 3: You receive your event schedule. It includes the small group talks and presentations that you can take part in.

 

Step 4: Participate in the event and find the best university for your future.

Yes, the event and the services we offer are free. To ensure you have the best possible experience and secure meetings with schools, we recommend signing up as early as possible.
Every attendee will receive the latest edition of the Access Masters GUIDE and the Admissions Book by ClearAdmit. By attending three or more meetings with schools, you will have the chance to win one of our exciting giveaways (see the list above or on the Advent Connect platform). Please note that scholarship options vary by school.
We recommend reading more about the Masters programs on your agenda before the event. This preparation will help make your meetings with school representatives more productive by allowing you to focus on more in-depth questions.
You will receive your agenda, including your arrival time and personal meeting schedule, once you complete the registration and your profile is evaluated by our team. The full event lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours, with each school meeting lasting 20 minutes. Most attendees usually meet with at least three schools and engage in various workshops and panel discussions to maximize their experience.
After you register, the Access Masters team will contact you to understand your profile and preferences. Based on this, we’ll match you with the most suitable universities and you will be able to meet them during the event.
Requirements vary by program. However, all event participants must have a completed bachelor’s degree or be a last-year student. Most programmes are taught in English, so English language knowledge above average is also required.
