Unicaf, a global educational organisation which offers scholarships to eligible candidates to pursue academic studies with its partner universities, has added two UK programmes to its portfolio.
The first programme is Liverpool John Moores University’s (LJMU) MA in Mass Communication. This programme investigates the significance of media forms, the systems within which they operate and the challenges they face. Students have the ability to study towards this programme from the comfort and safety of their own home while receiving support from tutors and fellow students through Unicaf’s state-of-the-art Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). LJMU today is one of the largest, most dynamic, and forward-thinking universities in the UK, with a student community of over 23,000 in more than 100 countries. In addition to the MA in Mass Communication, students also have the opportunity to study towards a MA in Leadership in Education from the same university.
Unicaf also recently partnered with the University of Suffolk (UoS), a transformational university, absorbing UK university traditions and aligning them with a twenty-first-century audience and a modern world of employment and entrepreneurship. Two programmes available through the Unicaf UoS partnership are the MSc Public Health and Master of Business Administration.
Studying through Unicaf
Unicaf currently partners with the University of Suffolk (UK), the Liverpool John Moores University (UK), the University of South Wales (UK), the University of California, Riverside Extension (USA), and multi-campus Unicaf University (Africa).
Unicaf is a global delivery partner for these universities, responsible for the recruitment, admission, enrolment and support of online learners to university awards approved for distance online delivery. On successful completion, graduates will receive a university award from the partner offering the respective programme. Unicaf’s partner universities are responsible for the academic quality of the programmes offered through the partnership.
All awarded degrees are of equal value to degrees awarded after completing traditional on-campus studies in the UK and are internationally recognised.
The Unicaf VLE, which is available through any mobile or desktop device, enables access to study materials 24/7, regular contact with tutors, access to an extensive e-library collection, and networking with students and professionals in many different countries and cultures. Online delivery of course material through the Unicaf VLE employs modern technologies and methods, (like videos, quizzes, group projects and more), which assist learning by making it more enjoyable and interesting.
During the current, unprecedented situation with movement restrictions and uncertainties, Unicaf ensures that its students can proceed with their studies from home as usual utilising Unicaf’s state-of-the-art digital platform.
Eligible applicants may apply to the Unicaf Scholarship Programme and study for as little as GBP 99 per month. Due to monthly intakes, there are no application deadlines and students can commence their studies when it suits their work and personal schedule.
