The Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB) at ESSEC Business School is designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in today's global business environments. Ranked 2nd worldwide among Masters in Management programs in 2023 by QS, and 1st in Asia, the program focuses on developing strategic thinking, critical reasoning, creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills necessary to navigate volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) contexts.
SMIB offers customized tracks and specializations tailored to the participants' career goals. With courses taught entirely in English, students have the choice of specialized tracks in France or Asia. The program includes hands-on assignments, company projects, and opportunities for exchange and double degrees with leading academic partners. Students can also participate in an international business seminar and develop language skills in French, Mandarin, or Spanish.
