The Grande École Program (PGE) is a five-year, state-recognized program that leads to a Master’s degree. It consists of two academic cycles and is offered in two study tracks:
- A three-year foundation cycle, focused on learning the fundamentals of management, economics, and business administration.
- A two-year specialization cycle, allowing students to tailor their expertise and offering the opportunity to earn an international double degree at a partner university.
Economic and social changes constantly reaffirm the importance of human resource management within companies. The Human Resource Management specialization offers a dual operational and strategic approach to HR management to address these challenges.
