You will develop a broad knowledge of computer science, including the skills, engineering, and science sides of the discipline. Learn essential skills, as well as some theory that allows you to apply your skills effectively.
Develop your ability to solve computational problems via coding and other appropriate means. You will be introduced to the development of software and learn skills in software engineering, as well as develop an appreciation of the computer systems on which software solutions are implemented. You will be given grounding in the areas of programming, software engineering, artificial intelligence, cyber-security and data analytics.
Students also undertake a selection of optional modules as electives to complete their coursework.
